Penghu Division of Taiwan Governor Tobacco and Liquor Bureau

The Division was set up during Japanese occupation in 1922 and controlled the selling of tobacco, liquor, salt, oil, matches, camphor oil, and other basic necessities.  In February of 1939, the Division moved to the current building and gradually extended its warehouse and affiliated buildings.
