Makung - North Sea Islands |

Take the bus in Makung and stop at Chikan, Houliau and Chitou wharfs in Paisha to board a regular boat or an irregular yacht to go to Chipei, Niaoyu, Yuanpei and even the uninhabited islands. Uninhabited islands, however, lack anchor facilities and are designated as natural preservation regions Therefore, only sightseeing at sea is possible. |

Makung - Internal Sea islands |
|
Tourists can take the regular yacht to Tatsang from Makung Yacht Harbor. The voyage requires 30 minutes. Regular boats and irregular yachts sail to Tungpan and Huching from Makung Yacht Harbor and the trip takes 30 minutes. Because of the lack of accommodation in Tungpan and Huching, tourists need to pay close attention to the returning schedule of the boats. |

Makung - South Sea islands |
|
To go to Wangan from Makung, you can either fly with Mandarin Airlines, or take one of the regular boats (making round trip only once a day), or try the irregular yacht. In Wangan, you can opt to travel by regular boat to Chiangchun Island, Tungyuping Island, Hsiyuping Island and Hua Island (Flower Island). For bird watching in Cat Island, you need to rent a boat. The voyage from Makung to Wangan takes 30 to 70 minutes. Tourists can find accommodation in Wangan. |

Makung - Chimei |
|
You can go to Chimei from Makung by flying with Mandarin Airlines. You can also fly to Kaohsiung from Chimei .By sea, you can take the Chimei boat or Herng An boat from Makung through Wangan to Chimei, returning to Makung the same day. The voyage is about 2 hours. In addition, some local yachts sail to Chimei from Makung irregularly. Tourist can find accommodation in Chimei. |
